Rules & Regulations
• Check-in & check out time 10:00 am -09:00 am (24hrs.) OR 06:00 pm -05:00 pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the office immediately.
• Your payments should be settled as u check in at the resort, extra ordered bill to be paid at the checkout time. No refund, please
• Advance amount of booking is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation of the booking.
• Firearms or other deadly weapons & drugs are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms, apartments & public areas.
• Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
• For safety and in order to avoid overcrowding, please note the maximum occupancy of the room.
• Cooking inside the rooms is prohibited.
• Any items from buffet are not allowed to be used as starters.
• Outside eatables & any type of drinks are not allowed in the resort.
• Please note the resort is not responsible for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal properties. Please ensure that your belongings are secure.
• The parking space is provided for your convenience, park your vehicle at your own risk. The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles in any circumstances.
• The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to cars, its equipment, and contents. Always keep your car door locked.
• The resort is not responsible for any loss items. We advise you to check in your valuables at the office for safe keeping.
• The guests will be held responsible for any loss/damage done to the resort property, the resort can ask the concerned person or group to pay compensation.
• There is an additional charge for use of any electrical appliance.
• In consideration for all guests, please observe silence during the middle of the night and in the wee hours of the morning.
• The rooms will be cleaned between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please inform our service guy to get your room cleaned.
• If there are any problems or complaints, please notify the resort management immediately.
• In disciplinary behavior at the resort, we have all rights to take strict action. We reserved full rights to ask the concerned person or a group to leave the resort premises.
Pool Guidelines
• Please take a shower first before using the swimming pool.
• Please wear proper swimming attire (wear only nylon clothes). Use changing rooms for changing wear.
• Please do not smoke & bring foods and beverages in the swimming pool.
• Children must have adult supervisions at all times.
• Persons suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the swimming Pool.
• For your safety, please don’t swim alone.
• Please watch your step, as the pavement could be slippery.
• Pets are not allowed at the swimming pool premises.
• Take care of your belongings as loss or damage is not the responsibility of the resort.
• Swimming is not permitted between 8 pm to 9 am. Give enough time to pool cleaners.
• Please observe cleanliness at all times.
• We reserve the right to change or implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of everybody.
