We have height criteria for kids; kids below height 3Ft will not be charged, and between 3Ft. to 4.5ft will charged 80% of package price.

No, Entry ticket includes Buffet Food + Water activities, adventure activities, indoor & outdoor games facility, & accommodation (if included in the package), excepts Locker, drinks, snacks & food other than buffet, Costume being compulsory, some of our guests bring their own costumes. The costumes are of different type and therefore different rates, unless the guest chooses his liking how will we charge for that in advance.
Yes, everyone entering the resort must pay as per package.
All Credit/ Debit Cards along with online transfer of funds like NEFT, RTGS, UPI are accepted. Payment through cheques are not accepted. (in special cases we accept cheques but assurance of clearing it before a week of the actual picnic date)

No, you may not bring food from outside of the resort. The resort has the facility to provide both veg and nonveg cuisine from 9 am to 11pm with Bar.
Yes, you may bring birthday/anniversary cakes. If otherwise you can place order in advance to arrange cake from our-side.
Yes, we have separate Non-Veg Kitchen and Bar facility available in the resort.
HOW TO REACH FAQ’S
Virar Station – From Virar Station East take VVMT or ST bus to Khanivade or Bhalivali.
By road from Mumbai: Take Western Express Highway (WEH), turn left to Ghodbunder road bridge and drive towards Ahmedabad. It will take around 30-45 minutes from Fountain Hotel.
By road from Gujarat: Take National Highway 8 just half km ahead of Khanivade Toll plaza before first flyover from toll plaza, drive left to the flyover to Bhalivali village. Our signages will guide you to reach the resort. It will take around 2hrs from Vapi.

COSTUMES RELATED FAQ'S
Swim wear must be of nylon/lycra clothes & it is compulsory on all attractions. swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation and any other than allowed cloth types are not permitted.
Sir/Madam, as per our knowledge all the well-known resorts of the world do have dress code. This dress code is only compulsory for people entering water to enjoy rides, keeping all factors of personal safety in mind we insist people to wear nylon/lycra swim wear only. People moving around and not entering water need not to change. Some people say they will not enter slides or any of the rides and therefore they should be allowed with cotton wear. Guest generally say like this but our experience says that once they enter the resort, they are tempted to enter each and every ride and then they don’t get entry on various slides. At this juncture they keep on arguing with the life guards who are responsible for the safety of the guests but can’t ensure it if the guest is not in proper costumes. The resort is big enough that the guest doesn’t feel like walking to the changing room, open locker again pay for the costume and go back to the ride again this also spoils their happy and joyous mood.
People who do not wish to enter water play zone the dress code is not necessary. But for people who wish to enter water a nylon/lycra swimming costume are compulsory, because if cotton costume is worn it soaks water and becomes heavier and gets clogged, there by obstructing the movement of the person in the slides or other rides. It also reduces your speed in the slides because of the added friction and the guest coming from behind may hurt you in your back. Cotton material even damages our slide and rides thus cotton material in not advisable.
No madam! We have a strict policy of swimming costumes being compulsory in water rides due to safety reasons, and salwar kameez in not a swimming costume. We object on its loose fitting which affects your sliding speed and safety; it also damages the smooth surface of our slide. These are a few reasons for not allowing loose fitting outfits of nylon/lycra.
Sir, We will advice you to wear Nylon/Lycra swim costume for your safety while enjoying various rides. The material of the costume affects your sliding speed and pattern and thus your safety. You can put on nylon costume over your normal T-shirt & Tights, We have a strict policy of swimming costumes being compulsory in water rides due to safety reasons. We have even placed signages at the entry and in premises.
synthetic (Nylon /Lycra material) is allowed here also. Terrycot is not allowed as it has Terylene cotton. This material is not safe while enjoying the rides.
No, the towel will not be provided to the guests who are in resort for one day picnic. You are advised to carry your towel if you are checking in for one day picnic. The guests are not allowed to wonder mainly on swimming desk, water play zone, dining area, anywhere in resort except change room with wearing towel.
LOCKERS & BAGGAGE FAQ'S
Yes, we have separate changing room for male & female, and the lockers facility available, The lockers are on to pay basis.
Sir/Madam, we don’t think so, because it is provided for safety of your belongings. We provide MS coloured lockers with easy to operate locking system and easy to carry key. The lockers are so big with compare to other resort which accommodate the large no. of bags and belongings resulting minimize in locker qty. to buy which saves money.

Yes, we have trained male and female lifeguards on water activity zone
It is possible for attractions to be closed due to mechanical or technical difficulties, inclement weather (including lightning or heavy rain, due to government advisory. Refunds are not available due to closure of attractions for any reasons; however, we make every effort to ensure the attractions are open for our guest’s enjoyment.
All guests are required to follow instructions given by lifeguards for better enjoyment and safety reasons. Anybody with any type of physical and medical limitation is strongly advised not to use the slides. Guests are also requested to read the signage regarding medical limitation before boarding any rides.
no footwear is allowed in the rides. Spitting, spouting and discharge of body wastes in the water rides is strictly prohibited.
Metal objects such as jewellery, spectacles, watches are not allowed because of safety reasons, as wearing of ornaments would create sharp scratches on the smooth surface of the slides making it unsafe for use.
Max. depth of Swimming pool is 5.5 Ft and max. depth of Kids pool is 1.5Ft, also we ensure that all drowning areas are closely monitored by lifeguards. A complete first aid station is centrally located in the Resort. Lost and found items will be kept in the resort office. However, the resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken artifacts.
We do chlorination and filtration every day and maintain pH level 7.2 to 7.7.
